Enjoy your holiday in this 14ft. x 39ft. Park Lane. It's stunning new veranda and decking that reaches the length of the caravan, plus it's side ramp for disabled guests. This Park Lane has a sliding door to the front enabling wheelchair access. Please note this van is not adapted inside for disabled users. The rear and side view is over looking the deer enclosure of the neighbouring World of Country Life park Large lounge with three piece suite, Colour TV - DVD, free view and music centre. The dining area has a free standing table and six chairs and a dresser. There is a sliding door in the dining area out onto the veranda. The full kitchen inventory includes: a microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, crockery, utensils, pots and pans and gas cooker with extractor fan. Double bed in main bed room, with en-suite shower, hand basin and WC. There is also plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Two single beds in the second and third bed rooms, both with wardrobe and lots of overhead storage space. The main bathroom has a bath, hand basin and WC. Fully double glazed and heated throughout. Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto the balcony. ALL bed linen is included in the price for this luxury caravan and the beds are made prior to your arrival, NO extra charge. The caravan also has it's own car parking bay marked with a disabled sign. On request, our caravans have a travel cot and high chair for your little one, NO extra charge. Patio table, chairs and outside storage is provided. This is a Pemberton Mystique. It is 39ft long x12ft wide. A luxury caravan that benefits from double glazing and central heating throughout. OUR TWO caravans are situated on Sunset View, so if you have extended family or friends, our Park Lane luxury caravan is sited close by. Double doors at the front end of the lounge lead out onto the enclosed balcony, which has a stunning view overlooking the park and out to sea. Parking is in a private tarmac bay at the side of the caravan. The Lounge has a new leather two piece suite - a two seater and a three seater settee. There is an electric fire, colour TV, DVD, freeview and music centre. The dining area has a free standing table and six chairs. There is also a dresser and a large picture window. They have 2 single beds in each, along with wardrobe and cupboard space. The main bathroom has a bath, hand basin and WC. Fully double glazed and heated throughout. On site facilities include live entertainment, pools, sauna, shops and lots more. There is a lovely safe sandy beach, a short stroll from your caravan at Devon Cliffs with rock pools at one end. The Country Life Park just outside of the site also has an excellent restaurant with a menu for the whole family. At the World of Country Life Park you can see and touch the animals, there are tractor rides, but don't forget to have your stamp done before leaving as this entitles you to return after your lunch break. Swimming Pools There are three outdoor swimming pools and a large indoor splash zone swimming pool, with a water slide and baby pool. Sports Basketball and Volleyball courts, Football and Basketball coaching during peak times, Health Spa, with Sauna, Jacuzzis and Gym. Shows, Venues, Restaurant and Bars The Beach Comber Bar has seen recent refurbishment and is a wonderful place for a meal or light refreshment. You can chose from a selection of wines and beers with a beautiful view overlooking the bay. Theme week breaks throughout May and June. Shops & Services Sweet shop / Ice cream parlour, Bakery, Burger King, Fish and Chip shop, Movenpick Ice Cream Parlour, Shopping arcade with supermarket, Hire goods shop, Off licence, Launderette and Photo shop. Kids Activities Lots of outdoor and indoor activities for all ages. Daily adult and children’s entertainment, including Rory the Lion and friends. Bungee play area, Adventure golf, Amusement arcade, Paint ball, Mini bowling alleys Pool tables and lots more. If you have been to Devon Cliffs before or if its the first time, you will experience the private beach access and lots to do and see at the Haven complex. There are no shortage of places to visit off the Park. If you don't wish to drive, the local bus runs an hourly service seven days a week from inside the park to Exmouth bus and railway stations. There is a regular bus service to Exmouth departing from various pick up points at Devon Cliffs. TESCO is about a mile from the park. Devon Cliffs Caravan Park (Post Code: EX8 5BT) is located near Exmouth in East Devon, approximately 20 minutes south of Exeter by car leaving M5 motorway at junction 30, follow the A376 into Exmouth then the B3178 1.5 miles towards Budleigh Salterton. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right into "Liittleham Road" The road leads you in to the Haven complex and caravan park.
