Deposit required to secure the booking is Ł75 per week if the holiday is more than 8 weeks away, or the full payment is due if it is within 8 weeks of the holiday. 	Booking Terms and Conditions
1	For ALL bookings, a Ł75 deposit is required for each week to secure your booking. PLEASE ensure you include this with your booking form. Alternatively, if you book with us by phone or via our on-line form this payment should be with us within seven days. This deposit is NOT refundable if the holiday is cancelled.
2	On receiving your payment a receipt will be returned. This will confirm your booking and show the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday commences. A due date for this payment will show on your receipt, however no further reminder will be sent. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
3	Bookings are from 2pm on Saturday of arrival to 10am on the Saturday of departure. As you arrive at the park site, PLEASE ring our mobile phone and we will meet and great you.
4	No pets are allowed in the caravan. No smoking is allowed in the caravan.
5	No all female or all male parties accepted. No bookings will be accepted from young groups or young parties. The hirer must be over the age of 21 years.
6	The accommodation shall be used only by the persons listed on the booking form unless authorisation has been given by the owners, any breach of this condition shall entitle the owners to terminate the booking with no refund.
7	The hirer shall be responsible for all members of the party, the hirer will be responsible for all the contents in the caravan during your stay. Any breakage's or damage to any contents must be paid for by the hirer. Please make sure that the caravan and contents are left clean and tidy ready for the next occupants, as it is inspected by ourselves the owners.
8	No barbecue's or fires to be lit on or near the verandas.
9	A baby or a small child sleeping in the cot, will stay at NO extra charge.
10	Mrs N R Coombes does not accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by the applicants or their party or property during their holiday.
11	Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to: Mrs. N R Coombes and sent to: 20, Alstone Gardens, West Huntspill, Somerset, TA9 3DP - UK.
12	RETURNED CHEQUES. Unfortunately we are now having to charge a fee for returned cheques. For any bounced cheques for whatever reason a fee of Ł25.00 for each and every cheque will be charged to the hirer or the holiday will be cancelled.
13	ALL guests should make themselves aware of the Haven Park rules and abide by them.

If you are found breaking any of these rules you will be asked to leave the park and no refund will be given.
